About the Role
As a Business Analyst for the Battery Passport application platform, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that meet user needs. Your insights will guide the development process and help create a user-friendly application that supports battery tracking, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilites
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for the Battery Passport application.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and validate product concepts, driving user-centered product development.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in the design and testing of the application by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the application's performance and user satisfaction, driving continuous product optimizations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to battery management and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and alignment on product goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web application development or the battery industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in using tools like JIRA or Confluence for project management.
• Understanding of battery technologies and relevant industry regulations is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
