Frontend Developer - Battery Digital Innovation

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications to support regulatory compliance, traceability, and analytics for battery systems. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product owners in an agile setup.
Key Responsibilites
• Develop and enhance the Battery Passport and Battery Analytics web platforms.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in end-to-end feature delivery: planning, coding, testing, deployment.
• Work closely with backend developers integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployments (Docker, GitHub Actions, Nginx).
• Stay updated on frontend best practices, frameworks, and tooling.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Ant Design.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Context API, Redux, or Zustand, as well as testing and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of backend and database systems such as Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for global team collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
