Software Engineer - Automotive Embedded

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer specializing in automotive embedded systems to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and validate embedded software for automotive control units and systems. You will work closely with system architects, hardware engineers, and validation teams to deliver high-quality, real-time embedded solutions that meet safety, performance, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilites
• Develop embedded software for vehicle control system projects
• Definition of application software-basic software interface and development of Link Layer Software
• Develop and configure low level control software
• Develop of AUTOSAR based software
• Participate in FMEA analysis meetings
• Decode and develop CAN communication signals of controller
• Development of test cases for control software
• Collaborate with multi discipline and multi-cultural Project team domestic and abroad
• Support team members in lab and / or vehicle
• Interface with customer and resolve software related issues
• Support quality checks like milestone reviews and quality assessments
• Travel to customer meetings and / or project team for short-term or long –term activities
• Report status to line management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree of related departments from a reputable university, preferably graduated from Electronics or Computer Engineering, Master's or PhD degree is an asset
• Experience in Development and debugging in C / Embedded C
• Experience in uCdrivers, Communication Stack, Diagnostic and Application development
• Knowledge in AUTOSAR
• Knowledge in Basic Software development
• Experience in SW Unit test, Integration and validation testing
• Experience in Vector tools such as, CANoe, CANape, PolyspaceTool, etc..
• Model-Based Design and Development (e.g.MATLAB/Simulink)
• Auto-Code generation methods and process preferably using MATLAB/Simulink
• Knowledge and use of version control systems like GIT/SVN/Synergy/Jira
• Knowledge and experience in safety critical and/or control system software development practices.
